Cleaning machines for industrial precision cleaning

Our industrial cleaning machines are equipped with a Siemens PLC and at least two cleaning levels. They meet the highest standards for cleaning results, reproducibility, performance, and ease of operation.
These systems can be used in all areas where chamber cleaning processes are applicable. In particular, we have extensive experience in the electronics industry with the cleaning of PCBs, misprints, and stencils – each optimally cleanable with specialized holding fixtures.
It is possible to use all cleaning levels simultaneously or only the lower level, enabled by an automatic shut-off of the upper water connection. The upper level is equipped with a full telescopic extension, allowing each level to be loaded and unloaded separately in a space-saving manner directly at the machine, or, in stacked operation, enabling the entire loading and unloading process to be carried out extremely efficiently within the shortest time.
Cleaning is carried out ‘indirectly’ by rotating spray arms, which spray the cleaning solution onto each level from both above and below. In addition, so-called direct spraying can be provided for each component to be cleaned.
Our industrial chamber spray systems can be equipped with a loop tank in which the filtered cleaning solution is collected after each washing step and reused. If no suitable water supply and wastewater disposal are available, or if particularly water-saving operation is required, an additional water treatment system for the rinse water can be offered, including activated carbon filtration, deionization, and UV treatment.
Further optional equipment: integrated drying or separate drying cabinet, exhaust air condenser, deionized water treatment with optional conductivity measurement, stacking frames, special racks/baskets for electronic components, washing drums for bulk material, data and printer interface, customer-specific OPC-UA interface, conductivity measurement, and much more.
